Sihem Chamakh brings more than 20 years of multi-disciplinary banking experience to her role as founder and CEO of Cinclair Solutions, LLC, the company she started to provide banks, lawyers, debtors and stakeholders with the best way to resolve challenging and deteriorating financial situations. A persistent advocate, Sihem is hyper-focused on achieving the greatest outcome for the client she works with.

As an accomplished banker and as a trusted business advisor, Sihem routinely out-performed her peers and recouped better-than-expected resolutions on underperforming loans. As a results-oriented executive, she works with lenders to achieve the highest recovery possible and with businesses to take control of their complex financial challenges to deliver the best outcomes. She assists clients as a trusted fiduciary who serves with integrity and strength.

During her career in banking, Sihem administered multiple receiverships across the state under the control of local receivers. Consistently a top performer, she directly managed multi-million-dollar client portfolios and methodically recovered millions of dollars on non-performing assets during the last economic recession. She has extensive experience in collateral disposition and debt collection. She oversaw the largest personal bankruptcy in Washington state history and has worked on litigation cases taken to the state Supreme Court.

Prior to starting Cinclair Solutions, Sihem helped launch and grow another receivership company. “Cinclair Solutions delivers solutions tailored to the specific situation or problem as opposed to cookie-cutter ones,” she says. “Cinclair Solutions is the company that lenders, lawyers, shareholders and borrowers turn to if they need a solution to a distressed situation, knowing that it will get done right.”

Sihem holds both Bachelor’s and Master ’s degrees in Business Administration. She is fluent in French. In her spare time, Sihem volunteers with Washington Women in Need (WWIN), a non-profit that supports low-income women with financial assistance for healthcare, counseling and education.
